Our group trips are generally guaranteed to run, but they are subject to a minimum number of participants. In the rare event that a trip does not meet the minimum requirement, we will notify you in advance and offer alternatives, including a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip. We strive to ensure that all travelers are accommodated and informed well ahead of time.

We also provide Zoom travel briefings, emergency contacts, and travel insurance recommendations. Airfare is not included in our group packages. However, we encourage you to book your own flight. We’ll provide the recommended travel window to ensure you arrive in time for the group’s departure. For trips where airfare is included, we request that travelers book flights that align with the group’s schedule. All travelers are notified in advance of flight details.

Many of our guests travel solo, and we ensure first-time and solo travelers feel welcome and supported. We also offer optional roommate matching services for those who prefer to share accommodations. Our refund policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation and the specific terms of each trip. Generally, if you cancel more than 90 days before the departure date, you will forfeit your $300 deposit, but any remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are non-refundable, including the $300 deposit and any payments made toward the package. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of an unexpected cancellation.

A deposit of $300 is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days before the trip’s departure.
